World Record ATV Parade

The All Terrain Vehicle Association of Minnesota (ATVAM) is going to attempt to break the world record for the number of ATVs in a parade. Saturday, June 14, 2008 in Silver Bay, Minnesota. www.atvparade.org As the saying goes, “records were made to be broken”. Join us in an attempt to break the record for the "Worlds Largest ATV Parade". Our goal is to have 2,500 ATVs for the 25th Anniversary of ATVAM. Currently, the Harlan County Ridge Runners in Evarts, Kentucky hold the record for the longest ATV Parade. The club set the record of 1,138 ATVs in a parade in the summer of 2006, surpassing the old record of 687 set in Hurley, Wisconsin. The ATVAM record-breaking event also will be a memorial for C.J. Ramstad, who was owner of MSPN and editor and publisher of Minnesota Off-Road. He and his 17-year-old son, J.J., died in an auto accident in May 2007. Registration is $12.00 per ATV. Pre-register by May 9, 2008 and each registrant will receive one memorabilia ATV Parade T-shirt. Grab your ATV and make a week-end out of it, between the Moose Walk & the Red Dot trails there are over 50 miles of riding, they are just about the nicest trails you will ever ride. Visit the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources at www.findthetrails.com for more information on trails, rules and regulations.

That's a pile of quads! Our 4th of July Parade consists of quads, trucks, horses, go carts, tractors, and fire truck or two. It's rather funny, but I enjoy it.
That should be an interesting parade to day the least. I am sure their will be a lot of people who come up with some sort of "theme" for there quad.
I agree. What a fun sight that' would be.
Fun site to see no doubt. I wouldn't want to ride in it just b/c I'd be nosey about what everyone has! :laughing7:
