That is in WV at the Wagon Wheel area. It is called the "Stair Steps" due to how the hill climb looks similar to a set of stairs. It's not a bad hill climb, but many people try it who have had too many adult beverages. The good news is, there is a nearby helipad that is handy for a medevac. So some people get helicopter rides quite often.

i have seen this spot in dirtwheels and in other vids. Just wondering if you guy knew if it was hatfield and mccoy or wagon wheel or where is was ?
