WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH ITP?

I have heard they warranty their product, I have heard it's easier to pull teeth from a sow bear to get them to honor warranty. I've heard of people having the finish bubble up and causing bad seals and ITP claimed it wasn't a structural issue? How the heck could that not be structural? Sure, it didn't break, but may as well have if you can't keep a tire inflated on the wheel what good is it?

Don't get me wrong, I like ITP, and I think I'm about to get me a set, but honestly, what has ya'lls experince with them as far as struture and customer service?

There customer service for me has been kind of rude. But Warranty issues have never been a problem.
Same here wheels work well.

SS series wheels have a lifetime "structural" warranty. If you can break one of those wheels then you have done something.
