Well so far not very impressed. Full write up to come. I know you get what you pay for but my last Venom was flawless.
I received shipment on Friday. I opened box on Friday night to find Hawse Fair lead was beat to death already (used?) I know it will get beat on trails but you expect new at first. Then on to install. Directions were useless. In order to mount plate and winch it required the removal of skid plate(not bad) and left front tire. I thought you could mount winch to plate and then to bike. Wrong. I had to mount plate first and then winch to plate which proved to be fun. Thank god for little fingers to get into tight spots. They only give you two bolts for winch to mount to plate. Seems solid and time will tell but four bolts would have been better and more realistic. took me an hour or so for just this. Well than the best happened. The contactor broke in pieces from just placing the u-bolts through the holes to mount to rear cross bar under tail light. . Not even a close fit. Well by this time I was three deep in e-mails to company to advise of this. I get a response today at work that they did not get my e-mails from home. Incredible. Lets see if they come through. I will re send at lunch
