So you ask...why do I need this? The new Grizzly runs dangerouly lean at low speeds and runs on the hot side because of this. The easiest way to cure the problem is to add more fuel and thats what this Dobeck TFI controller does. As well, it should give me the benefit of added power. It's an electronic jet kit. You have four different "pots" to adjust. It's the equivelent of changing the RPM, Main Jet, Needle, and Mixture Screw.
Here's is the unit itself.



After you remove the rubber plug you are left with the four "pots" to adjust.

Now you have to attach the ground wire. I followed the instruction and use a gas tank bolt on the right hand side of the machine.



And thats it, it's installed. I used the "pot" adjustments that Dobeck reccomended as a baseline and adjusted from there. Have fun!
