Before I got back into atving I starting playing around 4 wheeling my daily drive a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Liter Limited. I added a 3.5" lift, some 32" tires and had some fun.

Pretty good articulation for a Jeep.

Building this where I wanted it to be, got to expensive. So I took the lift out and sold the lift for this...a 1988 Suzuki Samurai

Yup...and I had some nice 33's for this.

When I was done, I converted it to a 1.6 fuel injected engine, 4:1 t-case, custom tire carrier, rock sliders, skids, jeep yj leaf springs, toyota mini truck axles with 5:29's in the diffs a detroit out back and lock right in the front, sidekick powersteering and a bunch of other things.

Got out of it for a little while till my friends bought quads again. I was in grad school and bought a 2000 Yamaha Wolverine 350

But missed riding wheelies and sliding around so I sold it for a 2001 Honda 400ex
The best part is that I'm grinning ear to ear and 5 feet in front of me is a garage door. It could have been real funny/ugly.

About that time the raptor came out and I had to have one. It was my first "new" quad back in 2001 (it's a sickness I know)

I actually didn't ride it much and wanted to try a street bike. So I sold the raptor and bought a 2001 Yamaha FZ1 (only picture I could find)

Skip a few years of rockcrawling (pics up above) and I came back to quads and bought a 2005 Grizzly 660

Then the EFI and power steering bug bit me and here I stand with my current quad, and 07 Grizzly 700

I sure like the bighorns. How do they do on hard packed clay or loose dirt compared to XTR's?

Honestly it's tough for me to compare. The XTR is a but more mud oriented and I've never owned a set. But if I were buying an ITP that would be the tire.

The bighorns have been an excellent all around tire. I really have no complaints other than they are heavy.
