I wouldn't be as concerned with room as I am with power. but there are some 2.5" lift kits available on the market. Do a search on google and you should find a few. The biggest thing you will need is a checkbook in order to make it happen efficiently.

at the least you will need a TRD, exhaust ,air box mods, fuel programmer or jet kit. And since the Rincon does not have low range, you will probably need to do some engine modifications like high compression piston and cam. It's a better trail bike than a mud bike.

Where can I get a TRD?
Check with Highlifter. The TRD is a gear reduction system for Rincons that lowers transmission gearing. It is made to give more low end so the Rinny will actually turn those big meats.

I was on the Highlifter forum for a while, seemed like a lot of kids over there to me. They weren't the nicest people either. That's my opinion though.

Is there any other place where I can buy a TRD?

Turnercycles.com originally manufactured the TRD. I am not sure if they still make it or not. Try giving them a call.

Is basically lowers the gear ratio of all the forward gears as well as reverse by changing out a gear in the rear section of the motor (in the rear tranny case). If you are not mechanically inclined then I wouldn't recommend the swap, otherwise plan on the installation to take about 5 hours.

After the install, you will have no problem standing the bike on the rear tires with very little effort. It is said that the bike will not lose any top end speed. This could be an arguable point.

I do personally think this is a necessary mod if you are going to be doing any serious mud riding with oversize tires. If I recall the prcie range is around $450.

Good luck!

Another great source of info for Rincons is www.rinconriders.com . The coolest mod I learned over there is the reverse speed limiter over-ride! I can finally back out of stuff I never should have driven in to in the first place! Lot's of other rincon specific stuff.
