Improve the throttle response bu counting down 13 coils on the carb spring and cut the spring. Replace the longer of the 2. This makes a nice difference in low end grunt. And best of all it's free!

The mod will work on an 05, but not an 06 as they are injected.

I guess thats when they did switch to EFI. Didn't even pay attention.

A cheap mod for any Rincon is a switch to synthetic oil. This makes them shift much better and run cooler. A quiet aftermarket exhaust frees up some power but on the newer (FI) Rincons you should do this in conjunction with a Power Commander or similar EFI reprogrming kit.
