i don't know about you guys but im sick of people complaining because THEY rolled a rhino and got hurt or some one died, like i seen this one article and the description said rhino rolled over and killed boy turning on flat ground and at low speed then she show a picture of the rhino and, you can tell it was rolled down a hill, the roof was caved in tires were flat plastic was destroyed,
I wish people would take responsibilty for their actions cause now yamaha is getting all these lawsuits agianst them because people are idiots and don't know how to drive, and end up hurting themselves, it's terrible

and im sure im going to get some people that disagree with me here but what ever.... a vehicle just doesnt tip over by it's self,

My opinion: contrary to popular belief, ... you are not entitled to compensation just because you got hurt.

i hate people like that, like i took responsibility when i rolled my quad down a hill, i barreled up there, and went WAY to fast came straight over on me, i was lucky cause i was standing there holding the quad from falling on me then i pushed it and jump outta the way and watched it rolled down into the creek, but my fault, dont see me b!itchen to yamaha
I agree with you Monster.

This is the same thing we saw back in the early-80's with 3-wheelers. Idiots not riding responsibly, no helmets, riding with 3 people, etc, getting hurt or killed. The end result was that the douches that got hurt ruined the fun for good riders and responsible riders and brought the demise of the 3-wheelers and their ban on new production after 1986.

However, the difference these days is the crooked attorneys that will do anything they can to protect the consumer, and regardless of their stupidity and responsibility, get them maximum compensation.

In the end, the average consumer that WOULD HAVE taken the responsibility of doing something they should not have been, or riding beyond their means suffers.

We suffer because either products get banned in the case of the 3-wheeler or in the Rhino case, product developement and improvement is virtually put on hold because of fear of new law suits or financial ramifactions of past and existing ones.

In simple terms, it is P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C!!!!!!!!!
