proper tire pressure for Maxxis BigHorns

Hi everyone... I recently bought a set of Maxxis Big Horns for the Grizzly.
No where on the tire does it have the proper riding pressure.

I bought them already mounted and they have about 15lbs in them now.

The stock tires only required about 5lbs.

I am searching the Maxxis site with no luck so far..

I run 4-5 PSI in them. That is the best PSI in my opinion. Lots of tread on the ground.
I found this on the Maxxis FAQ page..

"What air pressure should I run in my ATV tires?
Answer:At Maxxis we always suggest running the air pressure recommended by your vehicle’s manufacturer. The maximum air pressure listed on the sidewall of the tire is not necessarily the pressure you should use":cheer:
I would agree to drop it down from 15psi. They were probably inflated that high to seal the bead on the rim. Just remember the lower the pressure the more chance you stand of breaking the tire off the rim when riding aggressively or in off-camber situations.

About 80% of my riding is 40MPH+ on logging roads doing alot of drifting and sliding around and I run my big horns 4-5PSI with 0 problems.

I say 6 at a max.
Very cool.. thanx guys...

I had no problems with the pressure of the stock tires @ 5 lbs or so, but I just wanted to be sure the Maxxis were ok at that pressure too..
