I've been having problems for the past couple of days getting the site to load? Is there something going on? I do not erase cookies very often.

I have been having the same problem. To make sure that we were not having database issues I disabled some of the adds.

It's slow here too. I thought it was just me. I can't even really view it from home with a cable connection. At work with the T1 it will load, but slow like dialup.

Does the main site seem to load OK, meaning if you just go to atvtorture.com?

I noticed late last night the forum was horribly slow to load.

I've run some forum maintenance routines to try to speed things up. It's running better for me at home tonight than it did last night so I don't know if turning off some of the ads helped, or the maintenance or both.

Please post back how it's seem to be running.

The site is very slow to load on my end.
Sometimes requiring several pushes of the refresh button to get the page to display.
The last refresh of the mail page took nearly a minute to load.
Mac computer
COX high speed internet.
Firefox 3.0.1

DR, I'm loading fine and using EX7. When I'm work it loads slow and that is EX5 or so. From my phone it loads fine as well. I think some of your complications could be related to the site work. On a side note, let me tell you bro...I just visited the prototype of the new ATVT Site....dude....bad arse! If the site admins do not have a suggestion as to the problem I say hang on a few to see what the new site will do.

The site lag is due to several issues. 1. Being that the sponsor ads will lag the load time at certain times during the day, this is inescapable. The other problem is the software which runs the forum. I suspect due to it's current customization it runs a little slower. I have another reason to believe that the database this forum runs on has a small issue.

Hopefully when we launch the new site a lot of the problems should be resolved. On top of that you will have many more new features.
