I made a set of true bead lock rims , external engine oil cooler rear CV center and outer guards and added an in line cooler to the coolant system

I made every thing myself. The bead locks are on a 07 Renegade along with the oil cooler. The in line cooler and the rear CV guards are on my outlander 800. I made things I couldnt by at the time.

The coolers I put in line with my rad. Shooting the temp coming into the cooler and shooting coming out droped the coolant temp 20 deg. I left the t stat in to keep the engine running to spec. my fan still comes on but runs alot shorter.
The oil cooler. Your oil needs to run 190 to 200 to burn off contaminats. Around your oil filter is a factory oil cooler. A water jacket runs around the filter. That will get your oil up to temp. The problem is the oil temp keeps climing which also adds stress to the cooling system. Your lower block has no way to cool. Crank Bearings have been known to walk. There is a whole disscussion on aw. Mrrpm is building oil coolers now. I started quite a while back but it didnt pick up any steam until MRRPM started. I guess its a credibilty issue. Im just some guy online and he is a engine builder.

Does the oil cooler give it a little more oil capacity? You must notice a difference in engine temp? This is quite interesting, Tell me more

Nice job on the mod's. Did you actually make the bypass for the remote oil filter or searched and collected the necessary parts and assembled. Don't mean to doubt you but if you collected parts , do tell. Thats an excellent I got to have mod. Have you thought about making and selling kits? Thanks lindsaylisa.
