I coated my racks with Herculiner then i put a coat of Herculiner UV Top Coat which gives it a sweet shine and makes its even tougher. Also installed a Warn RT 25 with an Aluminum Products Mounting Plate. That means no rust down the road on my mounting plate or my racks!!!!!

Everything

Winch

Switch

Wiring. Ended up using 4 Guage Water Proof Stereo Wire since most of the wire it came with didn't work

Thanks, gun! I have had the bedliner on my bigbear's racks and bumper for about 3 years now and it is still as good as new. I didn't coat them with the UV Top Coat tho.....and they dont look nearly as good as my grizz. But still they are extremly durable....i have hit a few things with my bigbear and it never scratched....have had many things on the racks and still no wear. i am very happy with it for sure.
