I saw on another forum guys fabricating lowering Kits for their Brutes. Now I am not one to even think of this but I was wondering all your thoughts on this. The pros they claim are for guys who fast track and trail ride. More controlled center of gravity and handling. To me it seems to defeat the purpose of a ute quad. Any one seen these?

I guess if you trail ride all the time and just wanted a 4x4 trail bike that would be the way to go. Definetly not the way I would go. I like the mud to my knees when on my grizz :headbang:

Yeah there is a guy on Brutecentral making them. The only benefit is as you said to lower center of gravity. Most of the GNCC UTE riders do something like this for better/ faster handling.

If I raced...and saw the benefit then I would go for it. If I mudded then I'd life. I do neither and trail ride...So the suspension stays as designed. Although since these suspesnion are sent up for a 170lb rider, I would like to get new shocks that fit my weight better.

That is where I saw it on Brute Central. Just was not sure about posting other forums on here. A few guys there have installed them.
