Basicaly if the officer knows the law he can do anything he wants to put you in jail and take your ride. Yes the law states you can ride on a road that has no center line , but it also states at the officers discrection he can minipulate the law to work in his behafe thats BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLshyster in my book.
