Buffalo, NY (March 4, 2008) - Dunlop ATV tires is pleased to announce that two-time national ATV champion Joe Byrd will campaign the 2008 AMA Pro ATV National Championship Series aboard Dunlop tires. “We’re proud to have a racer of this caliber aboard Dunlop tires,” said Dennis Teed, Dunlop’s Director of Marketing, Motorcycle and ATV. “We’re extremely confident this partnership will prove to be most successful for Joe and Dunlop during the upcoming racing season.”

Byrd is considered by many to be the quintessential professional ATV racer, with 14 years of successful competition under his belt. And when he’s not busy winning races, he’s fully engaged bringing up the next generation of ATV racers at the Joe Byrd Quad Riding School, where he teaches racing techniques and safety to hundreds of rider every year.
