FWIW, most of the tires produced today hold very true to that standard. My brother bought a set for his Can-Am 800XT (?) 2-up bike. Had them about a month & he REALLY likes them. :cheer:
However, they run small, so the 26's he bought are closer to 25 inches tall ... he wasn't to pleased about that.rotest:

WHICH SUCKS !!!!!!!!! ... :angry4:FWIW, most of the tires produced today hold very true to that standard.
I would need some real photos of these tires to pursue them. I'm not attracted to them from the ONE picture available online. I would, however, like some Grim Reapers from GBC.
Now that's what I'm talkin about! Now see, weren't those much easier on the eyes! I do like them after all....thanks Gunny. Here ya go Battlegun .... have a look see ... :hello:

I agree, but perhaps there is some reason this happens?OK, can somebody tell me why you would publish a size, and then publish what the size actually is. That is just ridiculous. HELLO!
CRAP !!! ... I had a reply all typed up & our server crashed .... damn place !I agree, but perhaps there is some reason this happens?
Part of the problem is ..... all tire makers do the same thing ..... so it's the consumer that pays .....I agree Gunny, it is false advertising. I just wonder why someone, with so much at stake, would advertise this way? I have a lot of strong opinions, but I'll let them fly for now.
I'd like to hear how they wear. The swamplites wear fast from what I've seen.so i think i might get these any one else they look pretty good and i heard that they do good on trail and moderate mud sounds pretty good to me but thats usually what i do i wish they were 8 ply though![]()
