OK, taking bets on how long before the lawyers begin attacking the Razr and Teryx. The Rhino most likely has so many accident incidents due to the fact of it's early popularity.
This kinda crap makes me sick. It's like the ban of production of 3-wheelers in the late 80's b/c a large number of idiots rode them. They either rode with multiple riders on them with no helmets and got hurt or killed, or ran over their leg b/c they were stupid.

As usual, the idiots of the world screw up the fun for people that respect a vehicle and use it how it is intended.
I love it...(sarcastic response). Let's legistlate for common sense.
I say we legislate for the abolishment of attorneys. That in itself would rid us of a lot of problems.
Switzerland did a study a few years back where they tried to figure out what factors had the biggest effect on their gross national product. They compared their gross national product against the weather, food production, illness rates, number of doctors, percentage of highschool students that went to college, etc. There were over a hundred different things that they compared to their GNP to see which item had the biggest influence. The one item that made the biggest difference, and it was a negative correlation, was the number of practicing lawyers. No other item correlated as closely, and the more practicing lawyers they had the lower their GNP was.

I agree with banning half the lawyers from this country. At the very least a very strong education program to teach people to take responsibility for their own actions is needed. No body takes responsibility for their own actions any more. There is always someone else to blame, and someone to sue, even if you are the one that does something stupid.

Nice
When you look at a hairdryer warning label and it says "do not use while in the bathtub", you know that attorneys have taken over to protect the DAs of the world.

The owners manual and large safety logos on every vehicle make a suggestion on how to use this vehicle by opting to ignore these suggestions all company liability should have been void. It's true that lawyers pull stuff out of the air to place blame but ultimately its the dumb a$$es in the robes and in the jury boxes that are the final nail in the coffin the manufactures are buried in. Many people believe the almighty government and it's laws will be the salvation to there ignorance. I believe its just another way to pass responsibility on to someone other than themselves. If the feds really wanted to solve some of these deaths, and lawsuit's they should start by being proactive in education instead of being reactive with laws and lawsuits which cost all of us lots of time and money and get us nowhere but more confused and pissed off. oh yeah great write up!

The above statement relates to EVERYTHING in my humble opinion.
