[Grizz Rider]

OK, I had a buddy helping me out the new Warn XT25 winch on the grizz yesterday. when he was tightening the hot wire to the contactor the bolt twisted off, before the nut even got snug. now when you hit the switch it "clicks" and nothing happens. It only twisted off half of the bolt, so we took the bottom nut off and tried using that to tighten it down. I need any suggestion to get this to work before tomorrow, and no place around me has a contactor in stock. I am feeling like I am taking one ottytrain2:, I got it online from gander mountain so can't even get them to ship one that fast. Please Help!:crybaby2:

alright nevermind, I call gander mountian and they will have me one by friday, but they said I can tear the one I have apart and make it work as long as I put it back to way it is now, or as close to it as I can. I am going to take the contactor apart and try directly wiring it to the power and see if it works!

Not sure I understood completely, but would using a thin washer along with one bolt work to give you the connection you needed? Again, not sure I understand completely. Glad it looks like it's going to work out.

Yeah BG it worked out ok, I figured it out and they sent the new one came today!

I know this is going to open a can of worms, but here we go! :fish:
The real reason that it wasn't working was because I had the brain fart this time! :club: I thought my buddy had taken care of everything except the contactor which I was working on since he broke it. After we had tore it back off the grizz and fiddled with it a bit, I said :salute: and we are taking it off, I will just hope I don't need it today. I pulled the cover off the battery area fo the grizz, and Guess what!? He never hooked up the power wire to the battery :dink: So I attached the power wire and everything works fine now, so I ripped on him for awhile, and then figured I would post this so Gunny and everyone could rip on me!!!:beer"
