(RTTNews) - Tuesday, Cycle Country (ATC | news | PowerRating | PR Charts ) developed a patented product Down Pressure system that applies up to 150 lbs of downward force to its all terrain vehicle mounted plows.
A Down Pressure system is needed to cut through the packed snow that occurs when roads and driveways are driven on before the snow is removed. The new system can also be used to push gravel, sand and dirt as previously the blade would have ridden above the material being pushed.
