Folks, I gotta a question, I own a 2005 polaris trailblazer with aftermarket torquer pipe from aaen performance and clutch kit to match the pipe. I still have the stock 30mm carb on it, aaen performance offers a 35mm tmx flatside and a 38mm tmx flat side, after talking with aaen performance on which carb is the best match they said either one would do well. Thats not the answer I was looking for, I want to know which is best for my setup either 35mm or 38mm and if I get a bigger carb will I need another clutch kit to compensate, or could I just re-jet my stock carb? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Well there is always a plus side to a bigger intake. I would not see any downside to going with the 38 myself.

I'm not sure why you want a larger carb for a can and clutch kit, but I'd side with Grizzwiz with the 38 if you go with one. I'm def. interested in how this works for you too. Keep us posted.

It would be better to just re jet your existing carb. It would be more complicated if you change it to bigger carb.
