My brother has a 04 Prairie 700 and i have a 08 brute force 650i. BOTH SEALS FROM THE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT TO THE MOTOR, AND FROM THE MOTOR TO THE FRONT DIFF ARE LEAKING. I WANT TO TRY AND REPLACE THE SEALS MY SELF. WONDERING IF YALL HAVE ANY TIPS, ON WHAT TOOLS ARE NEEDED, DOESN'T LOOK TO COMPLICATED BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. AND IF ANY INSTRUCTIONS CAN BE GIVEN PLEASE HELP.

My first bit of advice is to pick up a good service manual. Clymer and Midway both offer nice products. If you can get your hands on a Clymer, do it. If you prefer the download version, Midway is the way to go. These manuals give you the instructions for what you are doing as well as any special tools required. Be prepared to dish out some cash for any specialized tools though.

its easy

it's easy had the front drive shaft out in less than 5 minutes. i just picked up the atv, slid off the o rings on the drive shaft. and the drive shafts are held in by compression from a spring. u just press from the crank toward the diff and the drive shaft comes right out. then just pull seals and replace
