Well I did it real good this time. Hit a hidden curb that was under the snow and look what happened!

My Dad is ready to strangle me...

As you can see....the plow blade is supposed to be straight but its cocked way off.

This ruins my day. Does anyone have any idea on how to go about fixing this??

Its fixed now....hours of torching and pipe bending finally fixed it. Man what a mess. I added some extra weld and I plan on welding 2 intersecting bars making a X on the frame. I think it will beef it up nicely. All in all it came out OK.

Here was the damage.

Here it is fixed.

If you beef up the frame on the plow making it stronger, where is the energy going to transfer to when you hit another obstacle?
Yes, I have considered that. But I am concerned that the plow is maybe too weak now from all the bends I had to make to straighten it out.

The fix looks good! Hope the support pieces work the way you are hoping, and that it doesn't tear anything else up if you hit something as GW stated!
