ATV's are now allowed on Vanderburgh county gravel roads

ATV's are now allowed on Vanderburgh, IN county gravel roads.
Commissioners said there has been some confusion over whether it was illegal and they hope this resolution will clear things up.
Drivers do not have to wear a helmet but are not allowed to have a passenger.
If you are caught breaking the rules, expect to pay a $50.00 fine.
