Anyone running performance mods that they saw a good gain for the money for? If so, what are they?
09 intake / air filter is much less restrictive. supposed to see 5 hp gain on the 07-08 renegade. went to the gncc race today and the looney tuned duals sound awesome on the gades!I was olso wondering the same, for my '07 gade, but she is still under warranty, so I can't touch the motor for another year.
Was that the Pro class afternoon race?i don't believe anyone was running the 500, but i'm not sure. we set ourselves up on a technical hillclimb and a few of the renegades seemed intimidated by the trees and rocks, so they were climbing the hill very tentatively. here's some (cell phone quality) video, i was too into the utility races to take any video, so these are sport quads.

yes, we all had a great time! :beer" we watched the starts at the line, but stayed on the hillclimb for both the races. yeah, i did see that rick got 2nd again - i believe he's still leading the points series though. i had a group with me or i would've liked to talk with some of the riders/mechanics after the race. maybe next time. are you gonna be at the snowshoe race?So did you enjoy yourself?
I heard Bike Benson won again and Rick C finished #2. Did you see the finish?
true. will you be attending as a competitor, or spectator? i must admit, after seeing it firsthand, i'd love to run one (or more). no expectations of finishing on the podium, just to compete and have fun.I am going to try and be at Snowshoe, Poweline Park and Millfield. The Millfield race is only about 40 minutes away for me. The Snowshoe race will be a good one, Lemanns start and some gnarly terrain. Unfortunately a lot of guys get hurt on that one.
I am just glad to see Mike doing as well as he is. Gives us old guys hope I guess.
