2016 Mud pro 700 steering locked

Just picked up this 2016 mud pro 700 and the steering is locked up? The guy I got it from was at a lost he said it never happened before that it died on him and he parked it. It's only been sitting for a few months. Put a good battery in it fired it up runs but the steering is still locked up will not budge. Anyone have an idea? I've never had on before.
