Hello, Using a previous post, I'm attempting to replace a rear CV boot on our 2009 Can-Am XT 500 Outlander, and I need a spanner wrench #529 035 925. Other than our local dealer, is this something I can order online somewhere? The other question is, where would you suggest I go to find good...

Just picked up a 2006 650 v2. The engine brake actuator constantly runs, even with the key out. It was draining the battery so I unplugged it. Then I took it off the bike. I opened it up and it doesnt look like anything is wrong. What could possibly be giving it power all the time to make it...

Hi! We went on a great ride today, about 80 miles, and while the ride was awesome, my brakes are not... They seem to take excessive pressure on the handle, and groan, or chatter as I come to a stop. Could the pads be glazed? I was thinking of taking them off, and lightly scuffing them, and...

This KTM is really putting a damper on the number of events I participate in. Seeing that the rear caliper kit my cost...

After every hard ride, I always take off all my wheels and power wash out my calipers, and make sure no mud is stuck to the pads or rotors. Having clean brakes will allow them to functions better, have less drag, and your...

Well it was time to replace the old wore out rear brake pads on my 06' 660 grizz. I got a little better than 1550 miles outta the origional pads. I called the Yamaha shop and made sure they had the pads. They did so I went down and picked them up. While I was there I asked how big of a job it...
  9. Appearance, Care & Maintenance
The brakes on my 700 have a squealing/griding/scrubbing sound. I've got plenty of pad left. I've squirted them off well but they still do it. I know this is common. Has anyone found a way to maintain the brakes and stop this noise aside from just replacing the pads? Thanks! Buster
