I bought my first quad a couple week ago a 2009 outlander 800 xt. How often should I grease the nipples? with what kinda grease? the breaks have nipples too how often should those be greased and do I use the same grease for them? how many should I be looking for when I do this? thx for the help!

Just a short clip of some debre. This clip was actually about 3 minutes long and I was dogging it pretty good. Only problem is my camera woman had 3 kids hanging off her and I didn't show her how to focus...so this was all I could salvage. I'm about to go back out and set up the tripod though.
