Biggest tires you can get on a XP850?

Just wondering what size tires you can get a 2010 xp850.I hear 28' Zillas then I heard 30 Zillas.Looking for a good tire that won't rub.

Any input here would be great or pics would be better.

I don't have any experience with a Polaris but judging from my past experience with other quads, you might rub a little with the 28" and definately with the 30's without a lift. But if you install a small 1-1/2 - 2" lift you will be fine.

27's are the biggest you can fit on a stock XP. You will have some fender rub under suspension compression with a tire that tall. 26" will have no rubbing issues.

You will need a lift to get anything bigger than that.

They do make a 2" lift kit that doesn't require extended axles. Mike be a good choice if your trying to save some coin.

Got 28 zillas on now.No rubbing tires work really well on the 10 xp850.
I am going to switch the 28's over to the wifes 2010 xp 550 and buy the 30 inch zillas now.

Lots of people have them on the new XP and the 30's don't rub because they run a little small. 30x9x14 for front and 30x11x14 rear. These are all on the stock steel 14 inch wheels.

26's are not tall enough, 30's without a lift. The Polaris winch is made by warn anyways so either way. I bought the 3500lb synthetic rope winch from Polaris. Also put the 28's on the wife's xp550.Went for a ride and brought my GPS along the speedo is very close.I got 62.5 mph with the stock tires. Then put the 28 Zillas on and got 62.3 mph. Also gave me close to 3 inches in height. Can't wait for my 30's to get here.
