Welcome to the forums BIG C. To answer your question about the Grizz 550 having enough power. Yes. It has plenty of power. HOWEVER, you're used the power of a 1000cc sport bike so I have a hunch you may find yourself wanting more power sooner than you might think. My opinion is that if you are going to spend that much money, go ahead and get the 700.
Welcome to the site BIG C. Go for the 700, you will appreciate the extra power and the price difference over the 550 isn't really much. Another thing to consider is the 700 will sell quicker than the 550.
