Welcome to the site guys. Good to have ya on.
Duckranger, check out our tire and wheel board and you should find some interesting stuff. If not post your question there or even in the Polaris section. You might also check out GRIZZLYWIZARDS Razor to get some ideas for your rig. It sounds as if fender flares (or splash guards) will be important as will racks. You said duck hunting so you're probably going to want a good mud tire that is very puncture resistant. For that, I can recommend Maxxis Mud Bugs from my own personal experiences with them. Dick's ATV can you get you fitted precisely and for a great price with fast shipping to boot.

Welcome to the forum. You may have better luck asking your questions in the Kawasaki forum.

Welcome to the site. Maint is of course important. I highly recommend getting a service manual for your ATV. Clymer (I think I spelled that right) is a very good choice. These books go into detail about services and repairs. Additionally you should be able to download owner manuals from the Yamaha site.
