Post biggun exhaust on bruteforce 750

i put a biggun exhaust and a k&n air filter on my bruteforce 750. does any one have an idea on what mainjet pilotjet, and needle clip position it should be at. right now the pipe glows red even in the day light, and it pops when u hammer the throtle. i have an f.m.f jet kit in right now, with a 146 front 150 rear main, 42 pilot, clip position 4, and three turns out on fuel screw. if anyone could help would awsome, not one shop has a clue we have been trying for three weeks. thanks smokejumper

That jetting seems very lean to me, without knowing how your jet kit is configured I would stick with something in the area of 155 for the front and 165 in the rear. You may want to back off the fuel screw about 1/4 turn.

Is the clip position 4 from the bottom or 4 from the top? I would set that in the middle and then tune things from there.

I'm no help here but just FYI, FMF informed me that their jets are made by Dynojet. Just in case it becomes an issue of what size is it really.
