this question might belong somewhere else, but sorry im new. on a BF650 SRA does anyone know how much the articulation the sealed shaft drive can take? my idea is some sort of revolver type shackle at the shock and rearend pumpkin...bad idea?? or has this been thought of before?
I am thinking that you be a bad idea. Unless you had access to a machine shop and can do the machine work yourself. I think with all the additional engineering and re-design you would be better off to trade your 650 in for a 650i.
sadly thats what i figured. my only prob. with that is, before i bought my 650 sra, i got the chance to test ride a 750i on my river woods trails on our property, and the 750 didnt show enough advantage where i ride to justify the extra$$. this was a stock 750 and when i bought my 650 it was stock as well. am i missing something here or is what i've heard for a while true that the only real advantage of the 750 over the 650 is top end, and the long arm mod.?
