Re: BRUTE FORCE 750i HANDLEBAR AND RISER INSTALLATION

Too bad ther risers didn't come powder coated black...

I'm emailing Rocky today about making one of the "dash" plates for a our Grizz. Should be simple since we don't need holes for reverse and neurtral lights.

That stinks. Must be different frame geometry. You should be able to sell the risers on this site pretty quick.

Re: BRUTE FORCE 750i HANDLEBAR AND RISER INSTALLATION

Yeah it does stink. I have someone who is interested in doing a trade brand new 3.5s for my brand new 5s......so if i dont work out the deal with him i will sell them on here. The thing is its gonna cost me just as much to sell them on here then pay for shipping on new ones as to trade so we'll see

Re: BRUTE FORCE 750i HANDLEBAR AND RISER INSTALLATION

I don't see how they could be too high unless you didn't angle them back enough or as grizzwizard said, different frame geometry. I've got 5's on mine and have them angled back and they're perfect. Mine are much more angled back than grizzwizrds. Click my garage in my sig for pics.

As for some questions earlier, factory bars are 7/8 inch. The Solex or fatbars are 1 1/8 at the tree and in the bends. Then they taper to the factory 7/8 size where the controls and grips go on so factory-sized stuff will fit.

Re: BRUTE FORCE 750i HANDLEBAR AND RISER INSTALLATION

Thanks! In my opinion this mod is a must for the Brute Force. Heck it's a must for any quad really! But is really helped the Brute tremendously.
