Rincon waterpump

Rincons have a short hose connected to a weep hole on the waterpump. When this hose falls off mud and dirt can enter the pump and ruin the impeller. I just found this out the hard way. Total cost for the part, next day shipping and anti-freeze $224.00. Here is a link to the repair pictures; rincon atv waterpump repair pictures by vernonlbrigham - Photobucket

Another expensive lesson learned, but perhaps adding this to one's PCI (pre-combat inspection) will save them the grief of this repair. Sorry for your luck but thanks for sharing it with us.

Is there a way to safeguard the hose from falling off again in the future?
