Re: what is this honda atv?

I didn't realize the weight was that different! That is a big difference. Up here in MA, I'd love to ride an IRS sportquad. It's so rocky here. Some day...I keep saying if I pay off my machine I'll get a sport quad, or another untility. Idealy I'd like a SxS, but realistically, I'll end up selling the Grizz for what I owe and getting another machine in a year or two when it is ready for replacement.

Re: what is this honda atv?

yeah that is true the only two sport bikes i reall and truly admire are the raptor 700 and the almighty Banshee. the honda, from what i have read about it in different reveiws sounds to me like it needs a lil more i really do not know how to word this but gears. it would be a great trail bike but what about the dunes how well do you think it would hold up on some padle tires? just my opinion though the only three hondas i would ever own are the big red, the 110,and the 300 fourtrax

Honda made this ATV for one purpose. To win the Baja. They succesfully conqured that task and the consumer purchases tanked. They need to make it a 4X4 to make it a complete trail machine like the Renegade.

I've ridden this quad and it is very smooth on the trails but you can't sling it thru a mud hole without a buddy to pull ya out.

Add 4x4 to this unit with a semiauto tranny and they will get more sales.

Well, this machine is a lot like the Raptor. It has no real place in the big picture of things. I myself always liked the machine. And one thing about Honda sport quads is that they do run remarkably well.
