It's only been a week...

So I went nearly 2 years without a quad. Now it's been a week since I sold my Polaris and it feels like I haven't had forever. Of course we're expected to get a big snow storm this weekend too. I'm just getting frustrated on my search for a used Can-am. I think because sales are down so much, there's just a lack of used machines for the open market.

It's also aggravating when Craigslist ads don't respond to your emails.

Waiting to hear back on 06 and 07 Can-am. Keep your fingers crossed!

Oh well if these don't pan out...maybe after Christmas some will come up for sale.

Well the 07 Outlander is sold. The 06 Outlander won't email me back. But the 08 Renegade owner called me yesterday...looks like that may be my next ride.

The jetting was off which frustrated me. Getting at that carb was not an easy task. The handling on the machine was terrible. I'm not a fast trail rider, but will pick up the pace on occasion and I like to wheelie off bumps in the trail. Also, the steering was very hard. I'm used to Grizzly power steering so this was a huge change...a big step backward. In the end the Polaris just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. If I had it just for work around the yard, then maybe I would have kept it.

So what do I do...get the polar opposite with the Renegade. HA

The crammed ham is def. a different animal from the popo you had. You don't have power steering still, but if you goose it, the steering becomes mysteriously light.
