DSD Kawasaki
I had attempted to check with DSD Kawasaki in regards to a trade in value of an ATV towards a new Kawasaki Teryx.
Upon my arrival to the dealership I began looking at several of the models offered by Kawasaki and Arctic Cat. Not once was I greeted by salesperson or did anybody tell me that somebody would be right with me.
Finally, I went to the counter and asked for some information. I told the salesman that I was interested in the Kawasaki Teryx and had a trade in. I explained to him that I was looking at a few other models but was most interested in the Kawasaki. The salesperson went on to begin his appraisal of my trade in.
Having already visited another nearby dealership, I knew about what to expect in regards to price, which is what the NADA book had listed.
DSD Kawasaki looked at the same NADA book and quoted me 700 dollars less than what was listed for trade in. I had no problem with that, however, they were a bit deceiving when they told me that that number was straight out of the book.
I have been dealing with this dealership for several years for maintenance and parts for my other Kawasaki machines. Since customer loyalty does not seem to matter to DSD Kawasaki, I will no longer patronize this dealership.
