I have a Renegade 1000 on order. My tricked out Renegade 800X will be for sale as soon as the new one arrives.

What? You haven't seen mine? Oh here it is.

Well when my dealer was at the Canada release event, his DSM said October. However, my exhaust builder said they were going to have one in hand the end of next week. So, I texted my dealer to call his DSM and see if we could get an accurate delivery date. He is at the Popo show this week and said he would contact him tomorrow (Friday) to get a better idea. If I have to wait 'til October, I will scream.

I'm about to go ahead and buy an STM secondary and CVTech primary to have them sitting here and ready for when it comes in.

My clutch guy says he can have it tuned within 100rpms of where I want my shiftout to be when it arrives and is doing the whole setup for what I think is a good price, especially with him tuning it and me basically not having to tweak it at all. That clutch setup is bad ass so it is a done deal for sure. He did my Renegade 800 clutch and helped me tweak it and I know he knows his stuff. My current clutch setup is unreal and I just can't be beat!

I'm so stoked about that stupid thing coming in I can't see straight. The price sux but ya gotta pay to play I guess.

Are you getting one?

Yes, I've got a Gade 1000 XXc coming as well, and I was also told October. I think the 1000 motor is going to be really nice. I also think the Fox shocks will be better, along with the changes in suspension geometry, and the new frame. Too bad the weight went up for 2012 though. No real plans for mine yet, other than a winch. I don't have a "clutch guy" and an "exhaust guy", its just me, LOL.

Yeah I hope Octiber is just something they are telling everyone and they will actually come in sooner.

When I say my exhaust builder, I mean AAEN Exhaust. I love the power it gave on my 800 and the sound to me is better than any other. Plus, it is ceramic coated which you know what that means for cutting down heating and helping power. Gonna have to get a fuel controller again and have found someone locally with a Dyno that races Can-Ams that I can take it to for a good tune.

My "clutch guy" is Adam at Airdam Clutches. He knows his stuff and has gotten impeccable with tuning the CVTech and stm to exactly how you need it setup with very little if any tweaking required. We will see. That's gonna be a pretty expensive purchase in itself though.

As for the suspension, I'm gonna see if my current Elkas will work with the new frame and suspension geometry. If not I am selling them and getting another set of Elkas. Then will just box the stock shocks until it is time to resell down the road.

Man, this project is really gaining momentum financially already and the stupid thing isn't even here yet.
