Will do. So there is a seal that can be replaced under that cover? I don't want to go the valve stem route because if I go through something thick enough it would probably knock it out and bust the cover then I would really be in trouble.

I'll get one ordered and see. If I'm taking off the cover I may as well put another gasket in...thanks again!

One thing I did notice is that when I go flying through a hole is when I get the belt wet. If I just drive through it doesn't seem to be as bad....

Be amazed what you find when you read teh owner's manual. There IS a drain screw on the cover. It's the one on the bottom towards the back tire. Haven't tried that yet but if it should happen to get wet, that is the means to quicky drain it.

Interesting that they didn't put one of those on the 2009 Renegade. Good to know though. Now you still need to order a seal to resolve the problem of getting water in there.
