Thumbs down 800 max wont go 62 mph

any thoughts on this clutshes clean jacked the rear end up then it runs 70 mph easy and the rps hit the rev limiter. the rpms only hit 6700 when driving. the machine is bone stock no mods

Well the more sensable fella in me wants to ask why the need for such speed with a two seater, but then hellun in me comes to surface and I understand completey. This may sound too easy, but have you removed the throttle stop?

not removed but it dosent touch i think
