Renegade 800 / Outlander 800 Grease Zerks / Fittings

In case anyone needs to know this info, the Renegade 800 and Outlander 800 have 11 grease zerks.

On the front a-arms, each upper has 2 and each lower has 2.

The front drive shaft has one and if you roll it into the correct position, and attack it from the right side of the vehicle, you can get a grease gun in there. When the zerk is pointing slightly downward, you can get the gun in the joint.

The rear drive shaft has 2, one on the front universal joint and one on the rear. Again, rolling it into the correct position, you can get a grease gun into the joint to lube it. For the rear joint, I found it easiest to go in from the left side of the quad. For the front one, I went in from the right side of the quad, with the gun coming up from the bottom underneath the right rear axle.

Why Not More?

Someone please explain to me why there are no grease fitting on the ball joints. The only reason I can think of is that they want them to wear out so the parts manufacturer makes more money. I wonder if you could special order a Renegade with them and what would that cost HAA
