Belt squeal on my Gade??

Well lately I have been having some belt squeal...and at first I thought maybe some grease has come off the oneway onto the sheave to cause it..then I cleaned it all up and it is still there but still only once in a while not all the time just like it was before...
so I thought ok maybe some dirt or water is getting into it when im riding (quad is snorkeled) so I took it all apart to check it out...

well no dirt or water, no grease....

the belt is also new....

when the belt comes around there is one spot on the belt (just before the rotation arrows) where the primary outer sheave meets it when you start off and it squeals for a good 3-4 inches of the belt...but if I start off and there is a different part of the belt in that spot then nothing...and I dont get the squeal when the quad is moving...only at the start and for like a quick 2 secs and only when that one spot is at the sheave...

hope this makes sense...

what do you guys think?? what are your suggestions??.....anyone have this before??

thanks

Stiff

***UPDATE***

well ok so here are a few things I tried...

I took the new belt off and put my old one back on...no squeal from it...but I still get the hop from before even after trying to sand it...
then I took the old belt off and put the used belt from my wifes 07 800 gade to see...
the 07 belt works perfect...
so I figured ok its the new belt...
put the new belt on my wifes 07 gade and tried it and no squeal...

so WTH....lol...

oh well 07 belt on mine and new belt on hers...and old belt still in the pouch for a spare...

any ideas why this would happen??...what do you guys think??

My only thought is there may be a small difference in the tolearance (or length of the belts) Pretty weird.

i don't know, but it certainly worked out for you, switching them up! did you try lightly sanding the sheaves? i know GoHard over at canamtalk posted a video on youtube, polishing the sheaves. maybe there's a slight ridge or something on your 08?
