I forgot to mention, since you're digging through your wallet, you might look into the new ITP Bajacross tires. They look really good and functional.

Buster,
don't forget to remove the throttle stop screw on the handlebar. You'll gain more power by doing that than you are going to loose with any of those tires on your list. I voted on your poll, but its a secret .

Yeah I noticed the night before last it was screwed in a little so I unscrewed it to the point that it wasn't holding the throttle back.

Hey, will a wheel that is 4/136.5 fit the gade since it's 4/137 bolt pattern? DWT makes a couple I really like but they show them as 4/136.5.

Thanks!
Buster

Depends on the type of lug nut the wheel requires. If it is a beveled lug nut I would want the correct bolt pattern. For a flat lug nut the Douglas wheels will work, you just need to take a rat tailed file and make about one pass along the outside edge of each lug nut hole. It would be nice if Douglas could figure out what bolt pattern is on Can Am and many Kawasaki ATVs, but I suppose that is too much to ask for the factory in China that probably makes their wheels.

It's funny you say that. A few months back I was dealing with another well known company that sells many wheels and tires. We had an irregularity issue with a few of the wheels. I was told by one of their technical representatives that they allow a 1/2" of tolerance during their quality control inspections. I kept thinking he was reading from a script and he meant .005" of tolerance. I questioned this again and he said "nope .5". Makes you wonder.
