I hope you guys are buying OEM boots. No aftermarket company makes a boot nearly as tough. I poked a pin hole through one of my boots driving over a MASS of downed pine trees in a rough ungroomed area where I ride. I took it to the Dealer and they replaced it with a MOOSE BOOT. Fist off, I didn't tell them to replace with OEM,
BUT I EXPECTED OEM PARTS FROM A FROM AN OEM DEALER! The first thing I noticed was that the material that the MOOSE was made of was like a rubber band. Much softer than stock. Soft + Stretchy__Therefore easier to tear, BUT thats job security for the machanics at the dealer. The OEM on the other hand is so tough I have seen marks on the Boot from branches hitting and sliding across it but not tearing it. Of coarse I made the dealer get me a OEM BOOT because they are the toughest boot I've ever seen.
