You can easily pop the plastics off and take pics if you have a Rene. They just snap out of rubber grommets. If you look at the front of the Rene, where the plastic wraps around under the handlebars, it comes down to a point. Both of those points have an ear up under them. Pop your finger underneath and lift up. Remove the seat and in front of where the seat sits, you see two more little tabs. Those are the only other two and will pop right up too with little pressure. If you have an outty, I can't advise on that one.
