yeah, the rubber 90's will be in with all of the other ABS fittings, around $7 each. i'm not sure about the specific use for the 2" flexible hose i bought. it's clear, seems like it's double wall, about 1/4" thick with a string or wire criss-crossing between the two walls. lowes had a bunch of different types and sizes, probably any place that sells building materials will have a decent selection. i didn't glue the whole assembly together outside the bike, then put it in. not sure how 25th ID was able to accomplish that. on the cvt intake, i glued all of the hard ABS pieces except the uppermost elbow first. then installed the glued pieces, siliconing the rubber pieces to the stock cvt inlet and finally, glued the uppermost elbow in the direction that i wanted it to face. for the cvt exhaust, i glued the final short piece of flexible hose into the ABS 90, then worked backwards. it takes sometime to get it so it doesn't interfere with the shifter linkage. patience is a virtue...
