i'm not sure about the fuel filter. if it were me, i'd probably get an oem filter from the dealer. as for the fuel breather and overflow, i disconnected the T fitting and ran an extension up into the gauge pod, then reconnected the T, letting the overflow hang down towards the front diff and kept the breather up high. also ran the tranny breather up to the same location. since i blocked off the stock air inlet to the airbox, i left the pcv breather in it's stock location. hope this helps, feel free to hit me up with any other questions and i'll do my best to help you out!
